Make change happen
In Commerzbank's corporate banking, a new collaboration between corporate account managers and risk management employees was to be established.
Above all, it was about a common understanding and a change in behavior in daily cooperation. We conducted interviews with sounding partners and project participants in which risks, problems, opportunities and expectations of the new role allocation were worked out.
MASCARA has processed the findings into a story that describes the restart in a comprehensible and positive manner from an employee perspective. This visualized story was the basis for the rollout of the project to 1,500 employees.
Managers received training as change agents and a practical workshop toolbox for rollout in their departments. At the technical level, employees were trained as multipliers and each employee received a compact handout with all the relevant information.
